Yea, those are the times I regularly wake up each weekday morning for the workouts.
Truly, I think I’ve gone mad. Lost my marbles. Gone off the deep end (no pun intended).
We will descend upon the oily waters of the Gulf for a 1/3 mile swim.
We will conquer the 10 mile bike around the bean-shaped island.
We will rise victorious against the 3.1 mile run along the sandy, white beach.
We will end exhausted, but triumphant.
