Peanut Butter Smoothie

Here’s what I usually do when I am short on time and don’t want to prep dinner for myself.

Make an utterly delicious protein smoothie!

This is seriously the best smoothie I’ve made in a while and it isn’t made from the usual ingredients, which I really love. Best of all, it is quite healthy.

Peanut Butter Smoothie

An original recipe

1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt (optional)
3-6 tbsp organic natural creamy peanut butter
1 tbsp agave
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coconut milk
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 scoop (30 g) vanilla whey protein powder
2 handfuls of cubed ice

1. Pour milk and yogurt into blender. Add all ingredients minus the ice and blend on high until throughly combined.
2. Add ice until desired thickness has been reached. It was 2 handfuls for me. I love a super thick smoothie.
3. Pour into a tall glass, insert straw and enjoy!
