Tonight (and this week especially!) is all about simple, healthy dinners. This is one my favorite go-to weekly meals and I’m always thinking of different ways to change up the flavors.
All you need is a fresh salmon fillet, a few cloves of garlic, fresh thyme sprigs, olive oil and sea salt.
Turn up your oven to 375 and bake on some foil in a glass pan for about 20-25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. We usually eat some broiled tomatoes and steamed spinach with this meal but go ahead, make it your own. It’s totally worth it!
